NATURAL STONE

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Each piece of stone is unique and individual. Due to its natural composition, surface inclusions are a natural part of the stone. Dependent upon your color selection, some inclusions will be more predominate than others. These inclusions will not increase in size or depth over time. However, Oldcastle Surfaces, Inc. will not warrant the structural integrity of the stone.

Due to the inconsistency of slab length, seams are unavoidable in most applications. The adhesive used to join the slabs is color matched as closely as possible to the stone you have selected. The seams should be no larger than 1/16" wide and dressed out slightly above your countertop.

Oldcastle Surfaces, Inc. provides a warranty for the installation of your stone countertop, including seams and undermount sinks for a period of one (1) year. Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials, workmanship or arrangement Oldcastle Surfaces, Inc shall upon written request from the owner make all repairs or replacements and do all necessary work to correct the defect to the owners satisfaction. Cost for such repairs and corrective work will be borne by Oldcastle Surfaces, Inc.

This warranty shall NOT apply to any work that is the result of ordinary wear and tear, customer abuse, neglect, acts of god, and/or failures caused by adjacent work or conditions.
